These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lgistics.ai, operated by Catalyst Supply Co LLC, 1311 Park St, Ste 517, Alameda, CA 94501 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use lgistics.ai.
lgistics.ai is an import audit intelligence platform that helps US importers identify potential HTS code misclassifications, estimate import duty exposure, benchmark freight costs, and assess eligibility for IEEPA tariff refunds. The platform uses AI to analyze documents and provide classification suggestions.
lgistics.ai is not a customs broker, freight forwarder, trade attorney, or tax advisor. We do not file customs entries, broker shipments, provide legal advice, or act as your agent with CBP or any government agency. Outputs from the platform are for informational and research purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. If you are using lgistics.ai on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
lgistics.ai offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) billed monthly. Pricing is listed on the pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
New accounts receive 2 free audits. Free tier audits expire if not used within 90 days of account creation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you have paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

lgistics.ai uses artificial intelligence, including the Anthropic Claude API, to generate HTS classification suggestions, duty estimates, and audit results. You acknowledge that:
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed customs broker or trade attorney before making classification changes or filing IEEPA refund protests.
The lgistics.ai platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding your uploaded documents), is owned by lgistics.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to lgistics.ai. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your documents or use them for any purpose outside of providing and improving our service.
We treat your uploaded documents and import data as confidential business information. We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LGISTICS.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR CUSTOMS PENALTIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF LGISTICS.AI IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold lgistics.ai harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any import or customs decisions you make based on platform outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days before deletion, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of lgistics.ai will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Oakland, California. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action litigation.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the platform. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
