lgistics.ai is operated by Catalyst Supply Co LLC, 1311 Park St, Ste 517, Alameda, CA 94501 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We operate the website at lgistics.ai and the lgistics.ai import audit platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that information.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your individual import data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
lgistics.ai uses the Anthropic Claude API to analyze documents and generate HTS classification suggestions. When you upload a document or run an audit, relevant extracted content is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This is subject to Anthropic's data processing terms. We do not send your personally identifiable information to Anthropic — only document content relevant to the classification task.
AI-generated outputs (HTS codes, duty rate estimates, classification suggestions) are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or customs advice. Always verify with a licensed customs broker before filing.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records, which we retain for 7 years).
Documents you upload are retained until you delete them or delete your account. Audit results are retained as part of your account history.
Email addresses captured through the free HTS lookup tool (before account creation) are retained for 12 months and used only to send the summary email and follow-up communications about lgistics.ai. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest via Supabase, row-level security (RLS) on all database tables, and authentication via Supabase Auth. We do not store payment card data — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@catalystsupply.co.
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to erasure, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
